  • Evening ladies,
    Loved all of the updates!
I need a kick up the bum. I have not managed to do much stitching on DOB in the last couple of weeks. I am currently on the zebra bra but it seems to be taking ages to stitch.
I have bought a Lilliput lane kit to do for my MIL for her birthday in September, and I am now doubting I will have the energy to do it. I am thinking I better start it now, give myself a good 6 months run at it, but then I think if I stop DOB now I will never finish it!
Any ideas ladies on how to encourage my stitchy bug to return?
    Hope everyone is well?
Hugs to all who need them this week.

Augustsmummy, can't help with the loss of the stitchy bug, I lost my bug for about 2 years! Recently found it again though and loving it, could you perhaps do both kits at the same time so that you don't tire of them? Hope you get your mojo back soon!

Hi only a quickie, had an email from readicraft to say they are running a £6 lucky dip with free p&p using code EG42. Might be worth a punt.

I find that moving to a different project helps, whether it is a UFO, current WiP or a new project. Your DOB would be ideal for stopping and starting - could you set yourself a target of 1 square a month? I would start the Lilliput Lane kit now but don't stress too much about the September deadline - why not think of it as a Christmas present and if it is finished for her birthday then it's a bonus:D
