    off topic.....

anyone watch the chase and can explain this business with the chaser offering them money (two different amounts - one high/one low) depending on their starting square options?? I'm !

The chaser will offer them a high amount to move one square closer to the chaser. That then effectively takes away one players life.
The chaser offers a lower amount to move a square closer to home as that then gives them an extra life.

If I haven't explained too well I'll try again tomorrow as tea is ready now :D

eeeek sweetcarer - i love that bag.

though the powers of google translate (on blog and facebook) - she made the bag herself there is no kit or chart.

ohhh i like this - sure I've seen it in a mag (or did someone here do it?) Picture1112.jpg

I'm almost certain I have that chart.

Blossom says hello, too. Although she won't share her Dreamies!

The Chase is good. We've seen the filming of the celebrity ones three times.

What is it with cats and Dreamies :rotfl: Mine go mad for them, must be something addictive in them!

Not done any stitching for a few days, but day off work tomorrow, hair appointment in morning so hopefully I can have a nice afternoon sewing.

No idea, but Blossom loves 'em. Didn't bother with other treats, but when we tried Dreamies...:D Tescos have Turkey flavour in at the moment, should you want a festive treat. £1 a bag. Got some as a Christmas gift for our furry girl. ;)

I probably should have a safe house for it if I can't even remember if I bought it!

Before this l had only really stitched cards and small projects so this is my first bigger stitching l have done.

    Any comments welcome! :)

Louise - Those decorations look amazing. Hope the chocolate can be retrieve without destroying all the hardwork. What are they made from?

It's just an Elizabeth shaw mint with scalloped circles front an back then the picture mounted on the front. Very simple, albeit time consuming (but fun) to make. I have displayed them in bags of 4 with a nice card label attached. You can take the mint out and restick the circles back together too, so it's not all wasted.

Finally caught up :) just a quick post.

AlisB, these are the westie stitches MrsF49 was talking about.

    35.jpg

Thank you for posting the photos nmm - with technology 7,000 miles seems pretty close to the UK, just not so close when there's something in the UK that you want 'to hand' here! Just wondered which issue of CSCrazy this westie/scottie(!) alphabet was in? Funnily enough, in my dim memory, I think I may have a different one - but I much prefer the one you've posted the photo of! I think having BabyF has messed with my brain - so maybe I'm imagining it!

Hope everyone has a good day today - just taking BabyF off for her swimming lesson. :j
