  • firefly - I can't say I 'enjoy' french knots but they don't fill me with as much dread as they used to. Now and again I get odd ones that 'disappear' :p:D

shelly - pixie is a lovely name.

Right - that's me update with today's posts so far so I am closing my laptop now putting it away and then I'm awarding myself some stitchy time tonight with no distractions :j:j

Ooooohhhh just remembered - will have to get 'Tis The Season' ready to take picture of ready to post for 10/11/12 - it's creeping up on us all of a sudden.

    Have a good night everyone

    Hello Girls

Been thinking alot of the all the colours of dmc in a chart and thought I seen something about it in Facebook - so with a bit of questions I found it.

    dmcbag.jpg

    Heres her blog

    http://annapaschke.blogspot.co.uk/2012_08_01_archive.html

Its in Polish so you will have to do a translation unless we have a polish speaker. I have asked on facebook does anyone have the pattern.

    Its amazing - ain't it.

Hello Pixie - Sam saying hi to her new cross stitch cat pal. lol Shelly.

Kind wishes to all - dinner is about ready

I hate french knots too. Tried them once and think I managed it after being shown but hold no hope for successful knots in the future as I haven't practiced and imagine I will get frustrated if I try and fail so expect I will stick with beads! Especially as they are probably the last thing I will stitch and I won't want to unpick them/mess up my work.

anyone watch the chase and can explain this business with the chaser offering them money (two different amounts - one high/one low) depending on their starting square options?? I'm !

eeeek sweetcarer - i love that bag.

though the powers of google translate (on blog and facebook) - she made the bag herself there is no kit or chart.

ohhh i like this - sure I've seen it in a mag (or did someone here do it?) Picture1112.jpg
