:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:As usual you are peddling away from answering anything - don't have another argument with me. Get the facts from the OP and then come back and say something worth replying to. Everything seems to fly over your head.
Have you been drinking yet again stop avoiding the questions
Where is there an outstanding bill for a PAYG service ?
Answer the question asked earlier.....The OP doesn't say anything about stopping using it for a while. where does she say she stopped using it for a while ?
And then answer why she should pay for something that wasn't available ?It's not just about the money0 -

No but you are on the bottle!
The OP doesn't say many things and you keep making things up like now the OP is meant to be on PAYG? Ever considered an addon can be added to any type of service (pay and go or monthly) and that addon would need to be paid monthly (maybe) or why there is a direct debit that the OP knew about.
Get your blooming facts and stop peddling nonsense yet again.0 -

The facts are there in the post and I've asked you to tell me where the OP says " she says she stopped using it for a while ?
I've also asked you why she should pay for a service that wasn't available to her ?
So whats the answers
Or are you ignoring the questions yet again as usualIt's not just about the money0 -
Isn't The Cloud owned by Sky now?
Is P4u a reseller? Just wondering, cos you get access to the service free if you've got Sky Broadband.
I know that OP hasn't mentioned anything about their home broadband service, but just in case they're just trying to pay for (or be charged for) something they could get free.0 -

The answer to your question was back in the thread

and repeated again here

but as normal you have a problem reading things and keep peddling untruths, make assumptions before getting all the facts.0 -

For goodness sake Oneaday how many times before it sinks in :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
The Service is not available if you don't pay for it so i shall ask again .....answer why she should pay for something that wasn't available
And yet again .....Answer the question asked earlier.....The OP doesn't say anything about stopping using it for a while. where does she say she stopped using it for a while ?
If there is some problem with you understanding the questions please let me know ..perhhaps I can try and break it down a bit easier or maybe bigger print or something

For goodness Silk, when does something sink in with you?
What part of the bit in red is so difficult for you to comprehend?Hi
Bought Htc wifi phone from phones 4 u in December with 3 months free wifi gave bank details so I could pay wifi fee of £2.99 a month from March. In March the payment failed so I set it up again. Payment has failed very month since so I've not had access to wifi. Today I finally had time to ring to them to sort it out & was told I had to pay for the missing months, which I refused to do as I have not had access to the service so why should I pay for it? As a result the have cancelled my account & can only get wifi now if I pay the outstanding amount. Does anyone know where I stand legally- it's not my fault they didn't take the payment, they had the right bank details.
Thanks
Cathy
Companies do not just ask to pay for missing months without there being some outstanding balance or where the agreement required regular payment to keep the service.0 -
Why do you ignore the facts and the questionsCompanies do not just ask to pay for missing months without there being some outstanding balance or where the agreement required regular payment to keep the service.
OP did not have a service available because there was no payment taken ...it's paid for on a monthly basis not retrospective payments ...theres no minimum term contract and can be cancelled at any time .....it's a rolling monthly contract and payment is taken at the end of the trial to begin the rolling month . If payment fails you don't have access to it anymore
You for some reason seem to think it's some sort of contract with retrospective payments and it's not
So lets try again and for the 4th time try and answer the questions this time ....

Why are you ignoring facts or making up new "facts" of your own?
OP has not come back to suggest anything to justify all your wild assumptions which you keep on making!
Lets not try a fourth time because you can't read anything, ignore and twaddle on about things without listening, ignoring all that has been answered and keep making assumptions and excuses!0 -

Pathetic
Exactly what facts do you think I'm making up ?
It's you thats making things up as you go along ...mine unlike yours are facts not assumptions ...the facts are all there in the posts and on the website
I suggest you try reading things properly for a change instead of telling lies and shying away from answering the questions
Get a grip and stop making a fool of yourself
