20 posts ago - you should have done that rather than get into an argument and making things up! You might wish to look back and remember I responded to the OP in post 11, not you!

Hi Sorry I have not checked back earlier & if I had I might have been able to stop thiis squabble.To clarify
1 I had tried to use the service & wasn't able to
2 I hadn't sorted it earlier as I was v busy & it was not a priority but now I am going on holiday I would like to use it whilst I am away
3 I am on payg & was paying £2.99 extra for wifi, or would have done if they had taken my payment. I don't have sky broadband so that is not an option for me.
4 If I had had access to the service I would have paid up what I owe.
I have emailed 4u & am waiting for a response. It might be some time before I can get to a Phones 4u shop as the nearest is 8 miles away.

Don't worry about it, it happens from time to time when he doesn't read the posts properly and doesn't understand the situation.

Just a quick update. Wifi was cancelled so I went into the nearest phones4u shop who did their best to be helpful. Got hold of customer services for me who said they could not reinstate it but the debt had been wiped off my record. I had forgotten to say in my earlier posts they had threatened me with debt collectors for not paying for the service I didn't have. I am totally:mad: with phones 4 u and willl never buy from them again.
