Not following the list at all today! But we've been emptying more stuff out of the old shed (which is coming down tomorrow) taken a carfull to the tip. I've done two loads of washing and make a double batch of Easter biscuits. The dog is helping by guarding them for me :D I'll put them away as soon as they're cool otherwise she's going to have a crick in her neck!

    Hello there peeps,

I need a shove. The master bedroom is my final "hell room". You know the kind of room I mean, the one that is a hotspot in itself. I'm sure most people have one. If it doesn't have a home, it goes in the bedroom. It's just so scary, I don't want to start it.

I walk in there, full of good intentions and just stand there with my hands on my hips, looking around like a bewildered meerkat. Then I give up after 15 minutes of useless re-arranging (there's no room in the rest of our house for all this stuff) and go and make a coffee.

I wish I were wonderwoman. And not just for the powers, her outfit rocks too!

Well Ive just got back from a 2 week exercise with the army and am now coping with the aftermath that is putting everything away.

Ive done 5 loads of washing that are out on the line (good job its such a lovely day!) Emptied my bags, sorted all the post, paid a few bills, tidied up generally and hoovered after i created an absolute state!

Going to get back into the swing of things in the new week, until then just enjoy the sunshine and get back into the way of things.

Happy Easter everyone, here's hoping you eat loads of chocolate :D

I've not got that far - if i move more than about a foot away from baby he cries, same if he thinks i am not paying him attention. I feel like i am going bonkers today. Spent most of the day with him on my knee. Got an hour when he slept, where i got a few bits done. He's now laid next to me on the settee, holding on to my arm for dear life and pulling my shirt. I've tried getting himto play on the floor, and he's having none of it.

He was fine when we went out, and definitely happier after some nurofen. I just hope these teeth don't take that much longer, cos i will need some pyschiatric help at this rate.

Yesterday I managed to clean the bathroom, but not the floor, tidy the spare room but not hoover.

    Today nothing has been done.

    Hopefully tomorrow will be better!
...it is not of more importance than daily life, which I have an enduring wish to make as useful and beautiful as possible.

    Good evening everyone,

Didnt manage to get up to the bedrooms today - but as i am now on holiday until the 16th April, i should get them all done tomorrow!!!
Didnt get any gardening done, but did make lots of mini pizzas for the freezer (for the childrens packs) a big pizza for dinner and a lovely cake, which i have just iced with lovely butter icing - yum!!!
Ive also hoovered all of downstairs, and had a glass of wine, trying to stay away from the cake at the mo, but the lure of it might just overcome me!!!
Hope everyone has a lovely evening
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  • Yay it's the weekend. As I don't have any kids rooms to do tomorrow I shall do the garden instead (and maybe the oven!)

I got the BF to pay my cheque into the bank, so that's done. Lunchtime I took a whole lot of photos of a work colleague's puppy and her other 3 dogs, so I've got those to sort out this weekend.
