We know, it's the link I posted last night with Perky on it near the bottom, smirking about trying to buy the answers for his daughter to get into a school that was a step too far for her, but he wanted her to go there. It's the only link I knew of with his mugshot on it.

Anyway re the link being suspended, I do believe broadsword who also posted on pepipoo, quoting the DVLA's clear intentions in an email sent to the BPA in June. See the bit in bold in the first post:

Out of interest, did the BPA in June contact all you PPC guys and pass on the DVLA's message? If not, why not?! :p

  • The report is 100% true and I have verified it independently with multiple "sources". Trusted members on here have no reason to lie, unlike some I could mention. In a way it is maybe not all that surprising. This is after all the same Perky who posted on dating websites using a name he had used on forums to berate his opponents. The same Perky who could not arrange a legal raffle of his greasy spoon. The same Perky who posted on Pepipoo for help while claiming to rubbish the advice. The same Perky who has kept us all entertained for years.

If CPS put tickets on cars during this DVLA suspension period, and the wording on the tickets say that they will get RK details from the DVLA.
    Are those tickets missrepresenting authority?

And don't forget the (allegedly) false court papers that were featured on here a few weeks ago

I can confirm that the user who posted up the false details was using the same IP address as previously deleted accounts
    For everthing else there's mastercard.
    For clampers there's Barclaycard.

There you go then, a directive from the dvla is ignored by them and they promote someone into a position in the AOS who has just had sanctions imposed on him. Yep what an upstanding lot are the bpa, they also have problems in distinguishing the difference between 845 and 90k court cases ;)
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

I had a feeling you would say that...gonna complain then?

You can see how clearly the DVLA put it to the BPA. Perky fell into the trap (LOL!!) and you could have as well, and yet your trading body was TOLD to warn you all and apparently did not. And now they seem happy for the owner of a just-banned company to be on the Board of the AOS!

    Happy with the BPA?

How did you get the ip addresses off mse?
Do they just hand them out if you request them?
