This is funny as it was perky showing of his new signs with his fake court claim that has helped bring this aboutFor everthing else there's mastercard.

The last paragraph.
'Combined Parking Solutions Limited, run by Mike Perkins have recently had their access to obtain registered keepers details electronically from the DVLA temporarily suspended. To be able to obtain registered keepers details via electronic means from the DVLA it's a requirement for a Private Parking Company to be a member of the BPA and registered under the BPA's "Approved Operator Scheme". Mike Perkins had been elected as a Board Member of BPA's Approved Operator Scheme days before the suspension'0 -
Rather than gloating about what has happened we should ask ourselves what this says about a system supposedly created to protect the public and why it took so long.
If nothing else, this case amply demonstrates that the truth about PPC's is that the system has been utterly sucked in by it and is bending over backwards to facilitate its activities. Realistically there can only be one of two motives - politics or money. I suspect a bit of both - and don't rush to dismiss politics as being at the root of things. The DNA of the global warming climate change police is all over government transport policy which I remain convinced is being used as a justification for using private agencies to restrict car usage.
When the top man of the BPA and the DVLA were on Watchdog last year the DVLA bloke said that the charges were purely to cover the cost of administrating the scheme for the PPCs to get RK details.
If it only covers the cost then the answer is simple isn't it:
DVLA: STOP BREAKING THE DPA LAW AND STOP SELLING OUR DETAILS COMPLETELY.
Job done. Costs of running the scheme £0.

Perky, try and apply to go on Watchdog to plea your case against the Welsh Dragon, saying how the DVLA are being so unfair in restricting access to the database that you are tempted to sue for loss of income :rotfl:0
