    If this were a properly regulated industry wouldn't porky perky have to resign his position on the 'Board' because of this?

    Agreed, it was a tad subtle ;), but I do find it odd that one of their own 'Board' members can't follow their own rules to the point where the DVLA cut off his revenue generation scheme. Not the first time the 'Board' has brought shame on itself either is it?

    This would only be on paper because all profits disappear (allegedly) cos they never have assets etc when bankrupt. Funnily enough they always have enough money to become CPS uk ltd or whatever.

    I wonder if perky's local paper could be persuaded to do a piece on the cowboy operating in their area and how the authorities have found his business practices to be so bad he has been suspended?

    Bargepole do you let us know his ban lengh:) u got a copy of his sign he was using? Was it that sign he posted up with his fake claim form?

    Brilliant stuff, hope his company does a tumble :)
    Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
    They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
    Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    Dear Perky,i really do not feel sorry for you, however in your times of hardship that have just emerged please consider a personal loan off provident, or even apply to messers Vanquis bank they will help you and play you at your own filthy game of RIPPING people off :rotfl::D
    PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:
