What, cat got your tongue Perky? You are normally so vocal.Care to come on and enlighten us as to why the DVLA have sent you to the naughty step? How did you get things so spectacularly wrong just weeks after being appointed to the AOS Board? Now you know I am no fan of your antics but it may be that there are two sides to every story and that you can fill us in on yours. Let's face it, it can't be any fun being laughed at, and it may lessen the humiliation to put your views across.0

I feel a small victory for the people a big loss for cps. And the ppc. Smugness happing now.The word about the scammers is spreading like marmite here in the westcountry.

It was on the CPS website under "example signs", but has now been removed.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -
What goes around, comes around.
That reminds me, I ought to ring my daughter. Oh, I almost forgot. You probably can't.
And to think that, on a previous thread, he called me a loser. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

"By parking on this land you are also agreeing that if you are not the registered keeper the registered keeper has authorised all acts that you perform as the driver of the vehicle and that the registered keeper has agreed to accept liability and responsibility for the above parking charge"
So using that logic if the car is lent to someone by the registered keeper and the driver then carries out a drive by shooting without the knowledge of the RK it is down to the RK??"You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

And of course if the vehicle is on hire the likes Avis are responsible for the invoice as well, using the logic of perky
I just find this extremely hysterical it's made my weekend.
If or when he gets his link back, think we should be asking people when they get their invoices from them, because if they are using the likes of ranger to circumvent the ban we should of course inform the dvla, and that goes with putting saved invoices through en masse at the end of the ban.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0
