And then to go to university and for all my friendships and social network to be gone and then to struck on a damn course I have hated since day one and never to have a success or an achievement on it and just to feel like failure.

Then all you are left with is stuck at home with parents like mine and no achievement out of the home and you wonder why I am really negative.

  • You could have done what my dad did.. he left home at 17 before he went to uni so he could live his own life and escape his parents constant arguments

Can you at least close this thread so i can get back to work? :-)

Studentphil reminds me of that messengerxclusive or something named like that on msn, where a computer contact just repeats itself over and over and over again.

I never suggested for one minute you are a "nutter" that is not a word i would use in any case.

what I SAID was if you feel like you ar heading towards a nervous breakdown then call your local social services team for an assessment.I have worked in social services myself for many years and nutter is NOT a word I use to describe anyone experiencing distress, anxiety or who state that they are vulnerable.

How you can say youve not achieved anytihng at uni when you patently must have, or else you would not get through to the 3rd year, is beyond me.

I agree with jobbing musician, Im outta here.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I am sorry I took a harsh reading of what you said.

I just get a bit overwhelmed sometimes that is all really.

Of course I have achieved a lot at university and I have passed every module so far. It is just hard when the benchmark is a 2:1 or first not see anything less as a failure.

    Well done :D

If you can limit yourself to 15 minutes on here, and then return to do another side, and repeat this loop a few times, you'll find you can finish it by tomorrow....

And you will feel SO much better!

I am writing a bid for some funds in between reading this board.....:)

"mental nutter" fks sake phil, you really take the biscuit....

Why are you posting all this stuff? This is a forum for moneysaving, not for you to incessantly post your whole life woes...

You say your going to have a break-down, but then when you get offered help you jump on them and say no your fine...I think its cos your scared of being found out that your a fraud.

I dont think you will get a job, regardless of disability and qualification, its your attitude that counts, and your stinks!

If you were cracking up, your posting style would have changed, but in the year you have been here, you have consistently posted exactly that same over and over...you are no more cracking up now than you were a year ago.

You full well know I have Manic depression, and for you to talk about mental illness with such disgust, is pretty low...even my life is more productive, and I have been through suicide attempts over and over....

Im going to follow you around making sure you log off every day to work towards your finals, its the only way to make you realise what you are doing and to log off, cos your current way isn't working!

    PUT YOUR LIFE IN PERSPECTIVE!!!
