We met on the internet, on a dating website. We were together 3 1/2 years when we got engaged when I moved into his home, engaged 4 years to the day when we got married 2 years ago.

I met my H2B through my mum. They both worked together, I can't remember when or how we started talking but we used to flirt a lot. We didn't see each other for a few months then he asked my mum for my number. She wouldn't give him it but gave me his, so I text him we arranged a date in May 2008 and we've been together since.

He asked me to marry him valentines day 2009 and we finally made plans to get married July 2013 last July after going to my friends wedding.

We met 6 years ago when we were working at the same Uni, friends at first and then we eventually started seeing each other. We moved in together a year ago and got engaged on my birthday in July, on the beach in Devon while we were on holiday
Hoping to get married in 2014, so we'll have been together almost 7 years when we tie the knot!

I met my wonderful fiance in the summer of 2006 on an online dating website! I was just about to close my account on there when he messaged popped up. I read it not really expecting much but he sounded great and we emailed back and forth for a few months before meeting in the September of that year. He turned out to be my soulmate! I still say it was fate because if he had messaged me literally 5 mins later I would have never have known him.

He proposed last week after 6 years together We plan to get married in 2 years time although we are also TTC so it may have to be put off. Love the stories on here! x

We H2B agreed to go on a date with me even though he didn't really know who I was but his friends told me that he fancied me so we arranged a date! the first date was horrific...he was really shy, didnt speak much so I drank 2 bottles of wine to get things flowing better!! I wasn't really bothered about seeing him again but we had a few more dates...and 3 and a half years later he proposed whilst we were out on a boat in Corfu this June!!

Met DH in December 2007 volunteering for Crisis at Christmas, got together 12th Jan 2008. Later that summer at Beautiful Days festival in Devon we drunkenly decided to get married, once he was divorced!

We moved in together in our tiny narrowboat in April 2009, and if living there together didn't prove we were compatible, nothing would!

December 2010 his divorce came through, we bought our rings and told everyone we were officially engaged. Would have married in April 2011 but my best friend was due her first baby in May, so we delayed till December 2011. So we'd been together nearly 4 years when we got married.
