Strangely the prices on Amazon for rings don't seem too bad - I've never bought one from there myself but have seen others mention it on the boards. They really do sell everything don't they! Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550

Hi All,
Hope your planning is going well!
Does anybody have any ideas where I can find reasonable, full length navy bridesmaid dresses?
Has anybody used light in the box website of landy?
Thanks0 -

I havent personally but i friend of mine has, she sai and i quote (!) "I did use them they sent me the wrong size 2 sizes to small!!! And when I got it I didn't like it either( have to say though the workmanship was incredible, beautifully tailored exactly as it described in the silk taffeta XX Still waiting on refund has been 3 weeks now apparently can take 6"
So if they get your size right, great, but if not, sounds like their refunds can be a bit of a pain! Was looking at them myself but not sure if im going to risk it!0 -
We are thinking of hiring the church hall (not your typical church hall) for the reception and asking the local orchestra who rehearse at the church to be our entertainment for the evening, should only cost us about £50 as opposed to the £750 'special offer' I saw quoted for a string quartet!!!0

Has anyone seen BHS's range of wedding bouquets?
go to BHS dot co dot uk, click on weddings and then accessories!
They are 'real touch' ivory (or light pink) roses and they look fab!: Bridesmaids bouquet is £10!! pinholes are £5 for a pack of two and a flower girl bouquet is £5!
PLUS use quidco to get 7% cashback and Bhs's discount code BHS£5C10 to get £5 off each time you spend £25.
I would looking at £70 for 4 bridesmaids, 1 flower girl and 14 buttonholes!!!0 -

I found some lovely ones on eBay £32.99 each (UK seller) plus £3.99 postage. Search "navy/midnight blue wedding bridesmaids dress size 8-22" or link here http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170526560141&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:VRI0 -
iz007 - WOW they are fantastic. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.
I was starting to lose the will with it to be honest.
I seem to have gone 1500 over budget and am trying to claw it back from the brink ha ha.
I am also looking for pink moda in pelle shoes, the ones that are glittery. I think they are called Arizona. I have saved a search on Ebay for a size 5. I had bought some off of ebay and as i was about to send payment I noticed in the background of a picture that the box was a size 4! Mis-advertised so I let them go (although the seller told me they were a big 4 and to buy them anyway!!)0 -

I know I love them too, almost wish I was the bridesmaid with dresses like that!!! Let me know if you get them and what they are like. I've not even asked my bridesmaids yet and when I do I am hoping they like the dresses as much as I do!!!
I know what you mean about the budget, for us at the moment it is a choice between favours or bridesmaids!0 -
