Well as you have obviously not been able to use it, tell them where to stick it. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
They've been busy everytime I've tried to call. I have emailed them though and told them I want to cancel.
Ironically, I took out the same deal yesterday woth buymobilephones.net. I have also emailed T-Mobile again and told them the situation (as the bill was from T-Mobile, nor P2UD).0 -
Thought T-mobile had no record of you? Doubt you will be able to cancel as you are now out of the initial 14 day period...SLC: £13000+
Quidco: £131.24 (paid) + £0 (validated) = £131.24
Valued Opinions: £75 (paid) + £52.30 (received) + £4.50 (pending) = £131.80

I'm not...it's 14 days from delivery which hasn't been completed yet! That's the problem.0

Right.....
I've spoken to T-Mobile. They say that only P2UDirect can cancel my connection. The trouble is that their phone number is constantly busy and they've ignored my 3 emails......how on earth can I cancel?
My phone from Buymobilephones.net arrived today..... the seal on the box is broken and there's a sticker on it saying do not accept if this seal is broken.....0 -
Keep trying to call them, also write a letter and send it recorded delivery. To be honest I dont think they will let you cancel...
Again with the new contract, call them and ask why the seal is open and to send a replacement, if you dont get a genuine answer tell them you want to return the phone as u are still within your 14 day periodSLC: £13000+

I don't see how they can stop me cancelling. They haven't sent a SIM. Surely then delivery hasn't been completed yet. T-mobile said that they will purue the debt until P2UD cancel the contract. As far as I'm concerned I don't have a contract. I had a confirmation email saying that they would email me when dispatch had been effected. I've had no such email, no SIM, just a device. They can poke it! (What's more, I didn't sign for it, my 11yo son did!)
buymobilephones.net have replied saying that they have to open the box to check the contents as there have been cases of items missing...... If that's the case, why is there a T-Mobile sticker saying do not accept if this seal is broken or says void?0
