My new mobile arrived from phones2udirect yesterday. There's no SIM though. It's on T-mobile, is that normal? Will the SIM follow?

Cut your losses and return your phone. If its a cashback deal you have, then you def wont get your cashback.

I've never known the SIM to be sent out separately before

Have you tried to phone T-Mobile or Phones2udirect ? If it was sent seperate I would have expected your sim to arrive the next day,I am shocked that they have not contacted you, for all you know somebody could be running up a huge bill.

Have you tried phoning them? I would have done this in the first instance:

    Found the following numbers:
    Customer services: 0870 4446383 or 01732 765427
    Sales: 01732 765428
    Switchboard: 01732 765400
    SLC: £13000+

    Quidco
    : £
    131.24 (paid) + £0 (validated) = £131.24
    Valued Opinions
    : £75 (paid) + £52.30 (received) + £4.50 (pending) = £131.80
    StudentPanel: £25

Not yet but I don't know whether it's all supposed to come together or not. I'm away now anyway and won't be back till Thursday night so if it arrives it won't be any good...
