I live near them so I could even go to see them. How can they forget a SIM though?....or will it follow?

I live about 15 miles away.
Have you issued a court summons against them?
  • i've used phones2udirect in th epast and have always had good service from them - no cash back deals tho! gave up on them after realising that i always forget or can't find the vouchers when i need to.

they always sent out the sim with the phone - orange and vodaphone, don't know if t-mobile have different security arrangements.

phones2u used to have a really good sales/customer service callcentre but i have had trouble getting through this week to enquire about a new phone.

    They're busy everytime I try.

If the SIM's sent separately, I would have expected them to say so in the confirmation of order email or a covering letter in with the phone. All I got was the phone though. No SIM, no welcome pack, no letter?

Yes I did for the first cashback. The second cashback I got after numerous phone calls/emails and the third well its been several months and im still waiting. They didnt give me the cost of the summons for the first installment.

If it went to court though, didn't you get awarded costs?

T-Mobile called me tonight. They said they have no record of me.......that will explain why I don't have a SIM.
