I am thinking an ocean blue colour, cream and silver. I have seen lovely dresses for the bridesmaids in BHS! Is it too early to buy them? hahaha.

:rotfl: Maybe it is too early! How many bridesmaids are you having?

Save the pictures though, will be useful when making final choice :)

We are going abroad so around 30-35. I was going to have 3 and then decided I wanted 2 close friends too.

We will be having maximum 40 guests due to the venue, which I'm quite happy about actually! Love the idea of an intimate wedding.

After I reach my birthday fund target (in 2 months!), I'll be starting a wedding fund :) We're planning on buying a video camera for our wedding & honeymoon so I'd like to save up for that sort of thing with Amazon vouchers to minimize spending.

Does anyone else have any ideas on keeping costs low?

Hey all :) A potential 2015 bride here, well that's what we're hoping for!

We're having a huge challenge and trying to do a wedding with all the bells and whistles (100 people!) for under £2.5k! Can it be done? Well only time will tell! Lol

Were looking at everything roughly to work out how we can cost things to see what we need to save :)

You have plenty of time to bargain hunt so I'm sure it can be done! I've actually ordered my bridesmaids dresses! Bit early but oh well!

Showing my bestie the things I got from the venue I want.. Nervous but I hope she likes it cos she's my MOH and I really value her opinion!

I wish I had a colour scheme but thing I'll let my OH pick that as I'm not that bothered, I just want to get married to him!

We're thinking about an early 2015 wedding too - probably in January or February.

We're not sure how much to budget. As a lot of our guests - potentially including both of our families - will be travelling to the wedding (it's 60-90 minutes to where we live), I feel it is right and proper to have a formal, sit-down wedding breakfast to thank them for their trouble.

How much would you budget for a wedding for approx. 80?
