Moral dilemma do I refund?

Somebody bought and paid via PayPal when I texted her the address she said it was too far as she had put up to 5 miles in the search criteria and I'm about 20 miles from her

She's not asked for a refund. But I feel kind of bad keeping her money even though I'm going to have to relist and gaff about longer

What do you lot think?

You do realise that if you sell it again she can come collect it from you after that and you won't have it to give her

I agree with many above, this is just for a £10.50 item, surely it's not worth the bad karma to keep such a small amount when she has paid for it . . . . how miffed would you be if you paid for an item that was never recieved?

Refund her, report her to ebay (for all that's worth) and re sell it . . . yes she's wrong but that's life . . . . if you're desperate to get rid of it maybe ask the Heart Foundation or other local charities to collect it for you they do do free of charge:A
