Europe Finally Comes Out: Obama's Reelection "Uber Alles" Determines Europe's Future

For those to whom this comes as a surprise, following the periodic jaunts of Tim Geithner to Europe explaining just what is truly important in life, not to mention Obama's daily phone calls to Mario Monti, we feel truly sorry:

EU-IMF REVIEW OF GREEK DEBT SITUATION SET TO BE DELAYED UNTIL AFTER U.S. ELECTION - EUROPEAN OFFICIALS
    And the punchlines:

"Obama doesn't want anything on a macroeconomic scale that is going to rock the global economy before Nov. 6,"
    a senior EU official

"As far as European leaders are concerned, they don't want Romney, so they're probably willing to do anything to help Obama's chances," said the source, an EU official involved in finding solutions to the debt crisis.

I saw the "global edition" (effectively a round up from last week) on comedy central.

There was an excellent segment pointing out the idiocy of the Republican view on abortion - effectively the support for "personal freedoms", bar the right for a woman to choose what to with her uterus.

Stewart also had a good rant about the main problems not being about economic problems, but whether "two dudes want to get married".
Stewart is fantastic at pulling up all the lies spewed out by the republicans which is later redistributed by their mouthpiece Fox News. I am utterly astounded that so many people in America actually believe anything coming out of Fox 'News'!

You mean as opposed to the partisan torrent that pours out of MSNBC, CNN and ABC?

Its hilarious how lefties whine about Fox yet completely ignore the outrageous bias of the other, far larger, US broadcast media.

Jon Stewart and Bill O'Reilly are going head to head in a 90 min Presidential style debate.

I'm seriously thinking of springing $4.95 to watch it.
