Only 2 months left. Is it Obama? Or is it "Mitt the Morman"?

I know it will be whichever of the two says "I believe in America" the most, and who puts on the sincerest voice when saying "I want to make America great for our children. And our children's children." But have a go.

Who will win the USA Presidential Election? 90 votes

    I reckon it'll be close, but barring a significant downturn in the economy I reckon Obama will just edge it.

    Spot on IMHO. There are more Democrats than Republicans in the states so if the Democrats can get the vote out they win.

    Mitt is a Democrat nightmare. He'll get the opposition vote out.
  • I hope it is Obama.

    Who cares, neither of them have any radical solutions, more re-arranging of the decks on the titanic.

    They're only concerned with tinkering with things rather than any significant changes.

    The UK doesn't want to be dragged into another war which is more likely to happen if Mitt wins.

    Why do you think that? Democrats took the USA into the Great War, World War II, Korea and (effectively) Vietnam. Republicans are more likely to be isolationist by instinct.

    Maybe that was the case pre-Reagan, because recent history shows otherwise;
    - Grenada
    - Panama
    - Iraq I
    - Iraq II
    - Afghanistan

    As for the poll; Obama.
