Great O/Ps and teaching money:T
NP:D
Not exactly, had a chat with my boss today rather than keeping things cooped up in my head, he has a management meeting next week so is going to ask a couple of questions, it won't make a difference but the answers could be interesting. I just need to come to terms with things in my head.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

I don't know if this will help AJ, however you know that the decision (however ill-judged this was), won't change. At the time it can be so gut-wrenching it hurts...at some point in the future (and I can guarantee this), you will more than likely be in a stronger and happier position professionally. I don't know how this works - law of attraction maybe? - but what's meant for you will never pass you by. Ever.
Everyone can think of a situation, that with hindsight, the outcome eventually worked in their favour....with regards to loves of your life (at the time!), dream houses (at the time!), and yes, jobs (at the time!)
I hope what I am trying to (perhaps badly:cool:) say makes sense X
Thinking of you:)February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)
MND - Let's go for 2020 'cos it's got a nice ring to it:D

I fully understand what you are saying NP so don't worry. I am giving it another go for next year (hopefully 3rd time lucky) and my new boss is trying to give me more regular feedback to assist in my report writing. My concern and I know I shouldn't think about it, is how often can I keep picking myself back up. I am not content to stay as I am forever and I can't do anything else because I love what I do for a living. I feel like I am damned if I do and damned if I don't.
I think the teaching may actually help in improving myself at work as I can try different approaches to things and she doesn't know me any differently and then try and adopt a slightly different persona at work.
Thanks for all your kind words guys xMFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

For the first time ever my OPs have shown on the day I have paid them so the balance for my large mortgage is £137,850...I like round numbersMFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

£co payment came through today however small it was so an account tidy and OPing that mean today's OP is £6.18 taking my total for November so far to £65.43
I have a couple of expense claims to put in at work, another lesson fee next week and still have £100 in my account so I hope to be able to keep making a few OPs until the end of the month. I actually never asked Mr AJM to match my huge OP from last month so I may mention it so he can help me get to my goal of £450 this month.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Don't think this month's OP will be as high as last month's. Considering an OP of £9.06 for a bit of tidying today, I definately need payday on Friday to be here!MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

I was desperate to make on OP today so a £10.15 account tidy to take me down to round numbers and then I "stole" £50 from one of our current accounts to boost the OP so £60.15 OPd today. We have a rather large safety net in our household bills account which DH wants to keep in case  we have budgetted that we don't need very much "in case money" so in the months that I struggle to get near the required OP I am going to move a small amount over!MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200
