  • I had a similar thing with L and G, rang up and complained but they said as policy was closed it would automatically bounce back which it did. I did make a note though to check as wasnt convinced.

Arrived back from my trip to the Southern Hemisphere yesterday and now get to be with DH a lot more :D

Not sure I will be able to OP much this month as my account seems very short, I would be overdrawn if it hadn't been for £co payments and expenses. However I have just under £40 in my wallet and I would like to try and use that alone for my own spends apart from my waxing next week. I have filled the car up today so it should be manageable and I have £250ish in my current account, if I can keep to it then I should have £200 to OP at the end of the month. We have enough money set aside for groceries and entertainment that I shouldn't need to transfer any over.

I have caught up on a couple of diaries but need to go and finish now.

On hold to T-mobile or EE whatever they are calling themselves now. Someone tried to call my phone while I was away and I have been charged £2.50 even though I didn't answer it, it was diverted to voicemail which I didn't listen to and have been charged £2.50 for that as well. £5 for one phone call that I haven't answered because although I know you should turn off your voicemail I was told by them years ago that if I didn't answer my phone and didn't call my voicemail then I wouldn't be charged.

They have been very good and will be refunding the £5 and next time I will switch the voicemail off just in case. Moral of the story, companies change things without letting you know!!!

I was going to wait until the end of the month to make any OPs but I looked at the mortgage total this morning and it was £137,807.00...well it would be rude not to OP that £7 so I have :j

Before last months OP my daily interest was £15.20 ish, I OPd @329.78 and now the interest is £15.08. Still far more than others on here but it is good to see it come down. I can't wait until it dips below £15 :D

Great stuff :j. I'd have had to pay £8 though :D.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

Or at least £7.01 but with interest at £15.08 a day I am fighting a losing battle anyway!

    Hi AJ

Great going on the O/Ps and keeping tabs on your finances.

I am really sorry to hear your news on the job front, but you know what, I quite honestly believe that there is something else out there for you that will be FAR BETTER (although I do appreciate this isn't helpful in the 'now'). Keep positive X
    February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)
