Hi, I'm jumping in. I'll be posting my list this week. My only IN will be a new foundation. The one I've got makes my skin very dry and my forehead goes all flaky so it is not working for me. Other than foundation I'm not getting anything else. :A..............................................................................

..oops...an IN already! Garnier light eye roll on from the 99p st0re. Wasn't going to buy anything like that, but whilst at the car parking pay machine let's just say a couple of coins threw themselves out of the machine (like something that would only happen in the movies!) so I instantly went into 'might as well treat myself' mode!
Another 2 INs today were superdrug toothpastes, but I needed some more and this was 1/2 price so I don't feel bad about that one at least!0 -
Hello ladies!
And straight in with a MASSIVE UU that has taken some serious using up...S&G Breaskfast Scrub!:j
I'm delighted this has gone as it took ages to use up, and as soon as I started using it, I wasn't that keen (it smelled great in the pot, but then I realised that I didn't really want to be covering myself in maple syrup smelling stuff every morning. Also, it is stuffed full of salt, which is a pretty good exfoliator (the whole thing is quite rough - almost a bit too exfoliating), but if you get it in an open cut like I did, my word, you know about it!
I now get to move onto my Flake Away, which I have been looking forward to for ages as I like the smell. It's seriously scruby, though, so if I start looking very red when I come onto the thread, you know why! :eek:Please call me 'Pickle'

Congrats on the new job Valm and good to hear you enjoyed the cruise.
Not much doing on the UU front. My Elizabeth Arden eye cream is spluttering now but still think there is a bit to go. I do like it, shame it was discontinued.
I have decided I am no longer going to count my deodorants in the stash as I have them under control now (now that is two areas sorted- just all the rest to go)

Thanks evilsquid. Is your new job going well? I am hoping that the next 4 weeks fly by! Picked up three of the bottles of OPI that I wanted yesterday: Berlin There Done That (taupe colour), Deutsche You Want me Baby (a shimmery orange) and Germanicure by OPI which is a shimmery reddish brown). I did want Suzi and the 7 Dusseldorfs as well but they didn't have this in the full size.ruby_eskimo wrote: »Thanks for starting the thread off kiplingmonkey!
I am of course back in for the month, just to make sure I don't buy anything I don't need! Last month was a No spend month for me, but this month I fear things may be slightly different! I have almost finished my shower gel, cleansing oil, moisturiser, and daily face spf. Have also hit pan on 3 makeup products!
Really need to get a move on if I'm to use up a lip product this year!
Well done on your no spend month rubyeskimo. I've got no chance of this this month but will try and keep the spend down to a minimum. Only items I can think of that may run out this month are my LG Balance N Brighten and my bottle of Cutex nail lacquer remover. I use the Fair option of BnB and know that Emma has a pan of the Porcelain shade that she doesn't like as it's shimmery. Will see if I can get away with using that first.ruby_eskimo wrote: »On the subject of shower gel, does anyone have any recs for SLS free ones? I don't like the Naked ones because the scents are too overpowering for me, and the body shop earth lovers ones all smell like banana to me!
Have you tried the Liz Earle one? She has two in her range - the original one is Orange Flower and the newer one is Energising. I prefer the original one as the Energising smells too much like geranium for me. I would never have described either as "overpowering" though. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I agree with you re: Breakfast Scrub and would not buy or use it again. I do like Flake Away though I know a lot of folks here don't agree. I prefer it of the two however if you fancy trying another S&G scrub I'd recommend Sugar Crush as it smells really zesty.Congrats on the new job Valm and good to hear you enjoyed the cruise.

Thanks Fiasco. Your comment re: deodorant made me wonder how many of us have brought some areas of our stashing under control. For me, I've definitely conquered my hoarding of skincare as I just try to avoid any QVC skincare TSVs now which used to leave me with loads of travel sizes of all sorts of lotions and potions.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Ruby-eskimo - I like Martha Hill Rose Geranium shower gel which is SLS free, it is quite cheap and free postage and smells amazing.
Have a uu of Original Source White pear & Avocado shower gel, this was mainly used by DH and the kids, although I did use it a few times. Smells very fresh and clean, wba. Have replaced it with OS Shea & Honey for the kids and DH has a mini MB Heavenly Gingerlilly to finish.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
