  • Thank you, hope I've done it correctly. Seems like a good time to join, just before an update :)
    I have a BTL mortgage of £22173 hoping to reduce to 17K
    and our own mortgage of £54747 hoping to reduce to 40K
    We already overpay both of them every month and these targets might be a challenge but here's hoping :)

  • Number 80 clocking in on time for once. £148367, so not as good in the last quarter due to spending on a good holiday. Planning to knuckle down after Christmas and make some big inroads.

    Agree with Taxi..I like to see every quarter if I am bottom of the table again:o..BUT I have SUCH big plans for 2014...watch this tortoise go:rotfl::T

    Thanks Black Taxi..yes I cant wait to start properly pushing money into the mortgage (luckily we can OP as much as we like at no penalty) instead of at pesky CCs. 31 March can't come soon enough :)

    Update done via Google docs - thanks FB for all your hard work on this challenge :D.

    Now down to £16850 :j and our fixed rate has just ended so we're on a SVR now and can overpay as much as we want without any pesky ERCs....... onwards and downwards.
