I have a BTL mortgage of £22173 hoping to reduce to 17K
and our own mortgage of £54747 hoping to reduce to 40K
We already overpay both of them every month and these targets might be a challenge but here's hoping

Now down to £16850 :j and our fixed rate has just ended so we're on a SVR now and can overpay as much as we want without any pesky ERCs....... onwards and downwards.0
