    Our regular offset payments have gone down since our little one arrived, but we sold the car and had a cash boost to give us a buffer. With reduced income, this buffer will get reduced each month though.

    I'll have to check each update to see how I am against target

    I think I'm still way off target but at least the mortgage is now sub 70k. :)

    Hi folks, what post number is chart 4 on please? i sent update last week, but i can only see 1, 2 and 3 charts? am i missing something?

    current official end date of mortgage= 2037-aiming for 1st March 2029. mortgage balance start of challenge- 25/11/2016 £245,695 mortgage balance 27/02/26 - 0 Paid off!
