Am sure it happens all the time - don't worry about it.

I now have my mortgage statement and can declare my new balance as £109,265.57, some £16,6k less than last time this year. I have updated the form and am very happy, to say the least !
Thank you everyone for all your hard work and for keeping us on track.
Merry Christmas to all,
Hi FinancialBliss
I sent through my update on 9th, but it is not yet on the chart. I have sent you a PM, but should you not have received it, my new balance is reflected above.

I've just submitted my update for this quarter, is it a bit sad that I've been eagerly awaiting this months payment to go through so that I could do the update?! :rotfl:
I seem to have underestimated how "quickly" the mortgage would go down as we're already nearly half way through the 3 year goal. I'm not going to change it though as who knows what might change between now and the end of the challenge.SusanneCape wrote: »Hi FinancialBliss

Mine doesn't appear to have been updated either despite eagerly submitting an update at the beginning of the month. Remarkably still in the "green" despite this though!
I'm sure you're stupidly busy given the time of your, so just in case you simply didn't receive it our current balance is: £64401.46.
