Been depressed, stupidly busy, on holiday, overdrawn and disorganised as hell - not necessarily all in that order.
I've just done a quick post in my own diary if anyone is interested. I personally do need this challenge, as despite being mortgage free, I'm pretty broke just now and I need to build up some savings.

This is only temporary as we have just recently sold our house and are in the process of looking for a new one.

I agree, the thread definitely keeps us on track. Without it I would probably have no savings and a large mortage.
