Thanks Trix.
For some reason I couldn't get chart 11 when I clicked the link, it only showed br chart 10. Not sure if its something to do with the ipad but then again it's most probably me.

My plan was to reduce my mortgage from £136938.01 to £100k. The balance today is £110079.50 which is quite a way from the target but I realised quite quickly that I hadn't worked out my plan very well and that I wouldn't make the challenge. I think I have a better target for the next 3 years with the possibility to exceed my target but it is more than I might have done had I not joined the challenge. Number 108 reporting in! Not been logged in here for a long time but I still lurk! Have been plodding along trying to meet my MFiT-T3 challenge though!
My challange was to increase savings by 11,184 which I managed to beat by a little over £500. :j
Its been an odd 3 years - was made redundant part of the way through and had to move out for months so emergency repairs could be done in my flat. It made most sense to do work I had been saving up to do in my flat at the same time too so my savings have been raided too!
Well done everyone and thank you to FB and Trix (and anyone else who helped!) for running this! I'll see those carrying on in MFiT-T4 thread!Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

It's the end of the MFiT3 challenge today! It has certainly gone far better than I could ever have imagined when first starting out back in 2012!
End balance £37,607.06, and more importantly £14,390.68 ahead of mortgage neutral
I was originally aiming for sub-£60k, and later sub-£40k. Mission accomplished!
Well done all, and good luck to those of you planning on taking on MFiT4!0 -
Not posted for ages and hope I'm not too late for the end of the challenge. I've posted my google update form this afternoon
#146, I was aiming to reduce our mortgage from £61,724 to £40,000 but have managed to reduce it to £34,400. We've now stopped our OPs (well, cut back our OPs but don't tell Mr PP) and are focussing on savings and all the outstanding mortgage is now off-set too.
Ok, best pop over to the new MFiT - T4 thread and register. Not sure yet what my target will be for that so need to have a think
Thanks to all who contribute and maintain this thread, you really make a difference
