Last time out I was plodding along ... still am
very steady progress, now £165,849 so £4,499 since the last update and over £20k paid off since the start.
Now it is £161,320 so £4,574 ticked off in the last three months and just past the £25k paid off mark. Slowly going downwards! Think i've finally caught up with where I should be too, so hopefully now green

No 5 declaring a balance of £12392. It might reduce by a few more £ (less than 50) before the month end, but I can't see anything happening before 12/12, so I'll declare now
Should hopefully be in the green this time

Slow progress on the mortgage recently, but savings are still growing
January 1st brings with it a fresh new 10% overpayment allowance so you can expect some good progress from us in the first quarter of 2015
Merry Christmas to all MFiT3ers, see you all next year
