Do not trust these people my friend booked and paid for her daughters 11th birthday.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. CALLED 20 TIMES and no one picked up. No apologies. Nothing.

WHO DOES THIS??? Still waiting for a refund. THEIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE.

When we checked other reviews it seems they have done this several times before there is a thread on mumsnet about this company's unscrupulous manner.. They have also been featured on rip-off Britain series 6 episode 8. I believe all the positive post have been posted by themselves. They operate from essentially a PO Box. I've yet to receive a refund although I've been told they are processing a refund 🤥🤥 Please don't make the same mistake

How very disappointing that they appear to have struck again. Wish I had seen all these posts before.


They did not turn up on Saturday 25 November. This was without any warning or explanation whatsoever or any consideration for the 8 teenage girls that were expecting them for the birthday celebration. A girl’s 13th birthday is supposed to be a special and memorable one and they were paid a £xxx deposit in trust and good faith. Shame on them. Steer clear.

One of my daughter's friend was crying because the party host spoke to her rudely. I should have searched before booking this company. Loads of complaints from other mum like myself. Search about the company first before booking. Apparently the company is under a new owner however it seems it got worse than before!"

The advertiser has joined a whole series of buy and selling groups, posted the same ad in all of them and not said a word about who they are, where they're based, DBS checks or anything.

Same as the last one I tried to highlight, but their security was tighter.
