    {Edited by Forum team}

    You can join the Facebook group and meet all the other unhappy customers of Grumpy But Gorgeous (as featured on Rip-Off Britain) here:

  • Further to my recent post, i have had a County Court Judgement in my favour against Grumpy But Gorgeous. It turns out that it is indeed unacceptable to provide one set of T&Cs BEFORE deposit is paid only to change the T&Cs afterwards. I doubt I will ever actually see my money but the principle it satisfying.
    I've contacted rip off Brittain, joined the Facebook group and added a review to trust pilot.....funnily enough the reply the comnay gave to the latter is a load of rubbish and full of factually incorrect dedensive statement. They cannot be trusted.

    Must take as much work to run a business this badly as it does to do it properly, you have to wonder why they press on so stubbornly refusing to learn a lesson?

    <snip for brevity>That's hardly fair. The "Current Appointments" report from Companies House shows she is 25.
    Now, would that be her real age or her showbiz age? :D

    It's all about the brand. People are so obsessed with creating a brand that they are oblivious to damage caused to it.

    [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM] isn't interested in providing parties. She wants other people to provide parties whilst she takes her cut from the GBG brand name. It's typical narcissistic behaviour of a lot of entrepreneurs.

    Congratulations - it is at least, a moral victory. With regards to Trust Pilot, it's interesting to note that GBG have been reporting the unfavourable reviews to get them removed within the last 48 hours (yours included). And coincidentally, 2 new favourable reviews have appeared within the last 48 hours.

    That alone, tells you all you need to know about this "company."

    oh by the way, the oldest review there, which is a negative one, by a user called Reverse Park was also reported to TrustPilot to try and get it removed, as can be seen from the Google cache.

    Three cheers for TrustPilot for doing the right thing and reinstating it.

    It is, however,entirely bonkers! What 'value' does a toxic brand have?

    What is even worse is I sent a bundle to the Head of Press department and CEO of Best Western Hotels and was in dialogue with the Head of Press and they said that it was down to the individual hotel to decide what they do with free space and who they allow on board. They didnt seem bothered about their brand being associated to the toxic company of {Edited by Forum team}.

    I also have a list of bookings and confirmation and payments which I have sent to HMRC as they have not submitted no accounts for their limited company and it is at the proposal to strike off stage for not submitting accounts. She is no doubt hoping that HMRC will tell companies house they have no interest in it so it is dissolved. Also sent them the bank account details and sort codes where payments have gone to.

    She stated that she sold the company to two other women but she is still the owner. I have a few more surprises or her too which I dont want to mention publicly
