Great work by everyone involved. I have just watched the programme after getting lots of friends and family phoning to tell me they had seen it. So sad that she carried on for so long, it was four years ago that I posted on MSE about her.0

Congratulations [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM] - you finally made the telly!

Starts around 22.30 mins. Pretty shameful stuff. Couldn't happen to a more deserving person.0 -
p.s. - love the excuse for not turning up - "the car caught fire." :rotfl:0

I can't believed this company are still at it!
I've just had a horrible experience with them. The T&Cs available on the website are not the same as the ones you get AFTER you've paid a deposit, they don't mention the £50 fee for changing the party date. They are refusing to return my £100 deposit, I'm so cross. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! They are taking advantage of parents trying to give their kids a nice birthday!:mad:0 -

I can't see any mention of a £50 charge in Terms and Conditions on the website. Did they issue you with a different set of T&Cs after you'd paid the deposit? Drop an email to Rip-Off Britain to let them know and contact your local Trading Standards. And don't forget, you can still enjoy their feature on RIP-OFF BRITAIN here:

Starts in at about 22 and a half minutes.0 -
