Just to confirm now, that My Pamper Parties, Grumpy But Gorgeous and Girls Pamper Parties London are all operating under the same ownership. A new company is supposedly in charge, called AC Lifestyle Parties Ltd. This company was founded 6 days ago on 23rd June 2014.
Book a party from any of these sites (and most probably The Pamper Girls and Girls Pamper Parties Essex if they ever come back online) and you can rest safe in the knowledge that the same people are behind all of them.
Don't for one second think, that all this twisting and turning, backtracking, name-changing and track-covering means that {Edited by Forum team} aren't still involved in all this, because they most assuredly are.0 -

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! paid for robes never got delivered and this company as expert at running such {Edited by Forum team}. I have since alerted the police and my banks are onto them. I will be going to small claims court
This company should be stopped, because many are still victims to the {Edited by Forum team}!

You used to contact me when you wanted getting paid before but after the party you have been awol! I run a business too as you are aware, and I will never treat any customers this way! I paid for the robes 1 month in advance as this was to be part of the gift for my daughter's birthday. You did not even inform me or give me notice that you were unable to deliver them, so I could perhaps made alternative plans! My daughter and her friends were promised these robes which they never got! Then you had the audacity to collect your balance on the day of the party at the beginning knowing fully well that you did not have these robes!! What was I supposed to do?? Cancel the party or withheld your balance at the view of over 20 kids and break their littles hearts?? No I'm a professional so I let the party happen, hoping that you would be just as professional and refund the money for the robes!! But till date you have not returned any of my calls, and you finally emailed me today cos I left review on your page! Is the review a lie? Answer my questions.. I am merely stating how badly you have treated me, especially when I spent a lot with your business. Now you tell me you have to wait for refund from your supplier before you can refund me!!! This is a joke! You have my money, I do not have the product, yet I have to wait? I don't just run a beauty business {Edited by Forum team}, I am a qualified solicitor, turned beauty business owner. So please look me up! I'm not the one you want to mess with. Have I said anything to defame your business? No, I have merely stated my experience so far. Plus and to my shock, there have been similar such reviews online for the public to view, hence if your potential customers do their due diligence on your company, they would probably be prevy to this information.
Kindly issue me my full refund for the robes asap. Friday is sadly too long!!!

I am extremely sorry no one has contacted you sooner, we have a new person starting in the office today so you will be able to reach her.
Your robes not arriving on time was an error and we appolgise for this, but you had an excellent party. Please know that we have no intention of keeping your money.
We are awaiting the refund from the company we ordered the robes from, once we have this money we will refund it to you, this will be done by friday of this week.
I appologise for any inconvenience caused to yourself by not having these robes but please do not write comments on our facebook page about this type of thing, yes if you were unahppy with our party service which i can see from your own facebook page that you were please write on our page, but portraying that we have taken your money with bad intentions do not.
I will contact you on friday morning to do the transfer so that you know when it gets sent to you and you can tell me that you have received the payment.
As a business owner you should know first hand that sometimes things happen that are completely out of your control. I appologise for all of our wrong doings but please do not write comments over the internet which could lead to my staff members being without work for the coming months.
We are a good party company.

I note that writing on their facebook page was the only way to elicit a response and she then has the temerity to tell you not to write on their facebook page! Any comment even remotely critical is immediately deleted and the author blocked. By the way, Yem9, if she makes any ridiculous threats to sue you for defamation, just ignore them. She likes to brag about having studied criminal law (a course which she never finished according to her LinkedIn profile) but she can't even spell the word.

im so !!!!ed cos my sixth sense kinda warned me, but u know as mothers we get emotional when it comes to our kids and let all rational reasoning out the window. At least they show up for the party! I guess I shd be grateful for that cos I was scared they would totally let me down. These robes were part of the gift pack I promised all my daughter and her friends. I paid for these personalised robes in June, giving her 1 month to get it made. Only to be told by her rep on the day that she knew nothing about the robes. Paid £255.88! and till date no refund. but I shall be going to a small claims court to pursue these, because I work hard for my money. and reading all these reviews I guess im glad she at least showed up for the party! how was I gonna explain to 20 kids and their parents if she didn't show up. But this is {Edited by Forum team} because she had not intentions to deliver on the robes which means Im still out of pocket. But I will not relent cos I will hunt this foolish woman. She will never trade again. I should have withheld all the tools used after the party, but against my better judgement, I just thought she would refund me. [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM] and her company Grumpy But Gorgeous featured on Rip Off Britain this morning. Would like to thank Jack Tyler, madmayo, CKhalvashi for their help and the BBC for taking the story on. All 4 of us have had to keep quiet about the beebs involvement since they took it on, not seen the programme yet but hope to in my lunch hour. Also thanks to the parents for contributing and coming forward.
