Is this still going on? So in effect there some teenage {Edited by Forum team} artist operating around the country and pretty much gets away with it and you people just keep us up to date? What have you actually acheived? Just call the police or something.

And what have you done? Anything? Thought not.

Love how there is a month where it's not mentioned, then three new people all register and post with the same terrible English within around an hour.
    Hilarious.

If you're thinking of booking one of these girls pamper parties / girls spa parties type things, then you may like to know, that Grumpy But Gorgeous Ltd also use the name Ohh La La Girls Spa Parties / Ooh La La Girls Spa Parties (they don't seem to have settled on a spelling yet).

from the home page: "Your little girls will truly enjoy her experience at one of our infamous pamper parties."

    http://www.girlsspaparties.com/

In addition, they control the following domains:

That's hardly fair. The "Current Appointments" report from Companies House shows she is 25.

You may also want to know that this is one of theirs too:

    Girls Pamper Parties Essex

"'Girls Pamper Parties Essex' is the lead provider of beauty 'Girls spa parties ESSEX' and 'pamper parties for girls Essex' and teenagers throughout in and around Essex in the UK."

(site was registered on 28th May 2014).

    girlspamperpartiesessex http://www.girlspamperpartiesessex.com/

Oh, that's strange - those photos are identical to the ones on an American pampering company's website, Pink Pixie Parties.com

    Small world.

I know this women very well and your all a bunch of !!!!!!!s she's no {Edited by Forum team} artist she is a good person she just had some bad staff working for her I love how she gets blamed for it all though she rarely does party's she has people that work for her and she's had bad experience with staff yet ur all making her out to be a monster well she's not and I think this is terrible this forum it's bullying grow up get a life and get ur facts straight before you abuse good people on the internet what a bunch of horrible bully !!!!!!!s!!!!

I've built a business from scratch in the last 10 years, and as we've grown, it's more common that vehicles break, staff are ill etc.

The bottom line is that problems happen, we understand that, however I'll go out of my way (often creating a loss) to ensure that the customer is satisfied and my reputation is intact.

We hosted around 1600 events last year, and contracted on around 3000 more (around 400 a month), and not one was cancelled.

In the same time, the 86 staff we employ in our events department (as proper employees, not freelance contractors) took around 150 days of sick leave and more than 2000 days of annual leave, the fact of the matter is that despite this, we still functioned.

Run a business = get it right

Mess up = put it right

Don't put it right = refund customer and apologise profusely.

    It's hardly rocket science.

Please be aware that the sites Girls Pamper Parties Essex and The Pamper Girls are essentially built on {Edited by Forum team}.

I think it would be reasonable for a parent booking one of these parties to assume that the images in this gallery are of an actual event hosted by the company, but no. Not in this case.

Out of the 16 images in this gallery, at least 11 of them have been taken from the american website of Pink Pixie Parties. There is NO accreditation.

http://www.girlspamperpartiesessex.com/gallery.html (have now been removed !!!)
    http://www.thepampergirls.com/ still here though !!!!

One of them is a standard Getty Image, another is also a standard image available all over the internet. I seriously doubt that ANY of the images are theirs.

I've informed the American company in question and received the following reply (which they have given me permission to post):

"Jack, I am just looking at your e-mail now and NO this (fake) company do not have our permission to use any of our photographs. I also looked at some of the British press regarding complaints you sent. I will be contacting Grumpy but Gorgeous but I am pretty sure they will not be returning any of my e-mails but nonetheless to make them aware.

Since this is in a different country I am not quite sure how to proceed in contacting authorities there. Please let me know any information on how to go about this so that little girls and parents are not victimized. I am shocked to see that the site Grumpy but Gorgeous is still up and running after the complaints and the news it has received in the past (I believe it was little divaz before?) I am not sure if it is the same company or a copycat. I appreciate you making us aware and would like to hear back. Thank You."

In addition, they've asked me to add:

"Pink Pixie Parties is dedicated in making sure we provide amazing services to our clients and our photographs reflect our passion, and is intended only for our clients and inspiration in party planning. You may never at any point in time (because it is against the law) use any of our our photographs and claim it as your own in any website or in any printed material.
Pink Pixie Parties along with other Event Designers & Planners are one in this commitment and we will pursue any recourse to protect the content of our sites. "

In the time it's taken me to write this post, the photographs have been removed from the Girls Pamper Parties Essex and all of a sudden, The Pamper Girls seems to be having some work done on it (though the photos are still there for now).

We still have a screenshot of Girls Pamper Parties Essex though, for posterity.

she a {Edited by Forum team} artist please thats why she just signed an amazing contract with an amazing company and is becoming a brand

    Step 1

Place your advert. Be careful not to mention your company name.

    01ReputationManagement.jpg

    Oops!

    02SEO.jpg

    Step 2

Create your Facebook page and buy a few thousand "Likes".

    03ThePamperGirls01.jpg

    Oops!

    04ThePamperGirlsFacebook.jpg

    Step 3

Invent your brand names and register the domains. Be careful to register them anonymously, so no one can connect them back to you.

Ooh La La Girls Spa Parties girlsspaparties.com
    Girls Pamper Parties Essex girlspamperpartiesessex.com
    The Pamper Girls thepampergirls.com

    Step 4

Hire freelancers to build the websites.

    05CopyWebsite.jpg

Not listing the domain name in the ad will prevent people connecting it back to your profile. As long as the freelancer awarded the contract doesn't add it to their portfolio of work.

    06Smartdesigners.jpg

    Oops!

    07OohLaLaSpaParties.jpg

    Step 5

In order to hide the fact that you're really Grumpy But Gorgeous, {Edited by Forum team} as many high quality photos as you like from a foreign pamper company, because they're less likely to notice. {Edited by Forum team} your customers into believing they're yours by falsely claiming you own the copyright.

    09ThePamperGirls.jpg

    08thepampergirls.jpg

Let's hope you don't get caught - Oops!!!

Pink Pixie Parties is dedicated in making sure we provide amazing services to our clients and our photographs reflect our passion, and is intended only for our clients and inspiration in party planning. You may never at any point in time (because it is against the law) use any of our our photographs and claim it as your own in any website or in any printed material.
Pink Pixie Parties along with other Event Designers & Planners are one in this commitment and we will pursue any recourse to protect the content of our sites."

    Step 6

Hire some staff. Foreign based freelancers are great - no minimum wage legislation to worry about, no inconvenient Equalities Act, no threat of Employment Tribunals and guaranteed loyalty and discretion.

    12FemaleVirtualAssistant-1.jpg

    Oops!

    Virtual Assistant Philippines

    Step 7

Don't mention Grumpy But Gorgeous anywhere on your new websites. To boost your search engine rankings, create links from the Grumpy But Gorgeous site to Girls Pamper Parties Essex, but hide them, using white text so people can't see the connection.

    Oops!!!
Pressing control-A to select all text, reveals one near the bottom of the Grumpy But Gorgeous homepage.

    10GBGhiddenlink.jpg

    Step 8

Remember, you don't want people to connect the sites back to you.

    Oops!

    11GBGThePamperGirls.jpg

(Image 7 in the Grumpy But Gorgeous Gallery)

    Step 9

If you do get caught, you have 3 options:

    a) suspend development of the website whilst contemplating your next move

Ooh La La Girls Spa Parties

    b) remove the website altogether, for the time-being

    The Pamper Girls

    c) remove the {Edited by Forum team} photos and use your own instead. Try to find images not already used on Grumpy But Gorgeous or Little Divaz websites, or heavily watermark the photos to make them harder to find through a Google image search.

    Girls Pamper Parties Essex

    Oops!

    Grumpy But Gorgeous Facebook Page

    Step 10

    Go back to Step 1

Sorry for making such a long post (mainly the images) but I think it's important for people to be informed about what's going on here, these unscrupulous business practices deserve to be exposed.

I don't have children of my own, but I recently became an uncle and now have a beautiful 4 month old niece and seeing how these people conduct themselves, makes my blood boil !!

I can't see myself adding anything else to this thread (unless some major new website comes along) - I don't think there's any need. If you want to use them, be my guest - I'm sure they've done some great parties. But just know what you're getting -
