Hi Dragon, personally I'd say yes but I appreciate it's work for you with apparently very little interest at the moment. You'd think now holidays are over and we're in the run up to squeezing into the Christmas party frocks, people might be more keen. Maybe worth putting a thread up and seeing what uptake you get...or even do one thread specifically asking if people still want to do the 7lb challenge.
For what it's worth I've finished September with a 2.5lb loss this week
and if October goes ahead my SW will be 147lb 0 -

Hi All
I have tried to lose weight before. I have put a few pounds back on but if I can lose 7lb this month that will get me to my 1st target I will check in on a Saturday as that is the day i weigh on.
I follow slimming world but don't go to class. I am finding that I need to write everything that I eat down at the moment otherwise I lose my way a bit.
Oh well good luck to everyone else
