Count me in please.
I've not been around this month... it's been pretty awful actuallyAnother death in our family that was totally unexpected and have been pretty busy with dealing with things. Now a possible house move too!!
I'll weigh in on the 1st of September and post it then. Had started August pretty well but by the end of the 1st week all hell broke loose and I didn't have time to eat properly as I haven't been home for most of the month. What I have ate has been utter rubbishEven if you stumble, you're still moving forward.0 -
Morning All.
Right, today I am planning to 'warm up to the challange'.
I am on annual leave so I will be shopping and can make good choices without my usual style of throwing stuff in cos I'm in a rush.
I can also use today to familiarize myself with the MyFitnessPal website so I can be ready and able to throw myself into losing weight from the 1st.
I also plan to fit in some Wii Fit exercise today (arnt I an angel?) and to take some time to give myself a stern talking too!
Hope you all have a good day,
Gill0808Skint!! But hey, L:heartpulsves FREE!!0 -
Hello, can i join too please?
I only need to lose 8lbs in total but it's that same 8lbs which has crept on, then off, then on, then off (you get the picture!) since DD2 was born. I'm only petite so any extra weight makes me look like a dumplingMmmm dumplings - no, no, no - FOCUS! :rotfl:
I'm already looking forward to autumn (my favourite clothes season), i'm so over this pretend summer and i don't want all my pretty tea dresses to be too tight so here i am.
Meal plan for today:
Breakfast: Tea, small glass of OJ, fruit and yoghurt
Dinner: Hommous (can never spell this!) and salad sandwich on seeded bread, fruit
Snack: Rice cakes with low fat philly and cucumber
Tea: Spanish Omelette and salad
Treat: G&T and a few squares of dark choc - it is Friday!
Lots of water and fruit teas throughout the day too
Good luck all :j

hi everyone, can i join again. Last month turned out to be a loss of 2lb - im not displeased, but really would like to lose the 7lb, so i am quitting alcohol, so i will see if that helps. Starting weight this month is 10st 1. To be honest, getting under 10st would be a challenge for me as i just cant seem to loose any more, but i still have a big belly !!! Good luck everyone.0

Afternoon all
Well my good intentions slipped last night as i also had a bowl of tortilla chips with my G&T and choccie but we'll forget that
Today's meal plan
Breakfast - Tea and orange juice, didn't get up until 10am and wasn't hungry
Dinner - Baked sweet potato, cottage cheese and salad, fruit
Snack - hm hommous and oatcakes
Tea - Chicken & chickpea curry, brown rice
Treat - G&T and not sure what to nibble on yet
Water and fruit teas throughout the day
I'm looking forward to getting back to normal next week when DD goes back to school, DS doesn't start until the end of Sept but i find it so much easier with routine. Also my exercise should increase
with walking to and from school to collect them (DH drops them off in the morning on his way to work).
Have a good weekend all
K xx0
