  • I had a piece of cake today,but only about half the amount that I would ususally have cut myself.Otherwise I'm pleased with what I had to eat these last few days.

    I'm looking forward to seeing my weight on Tuesday.
  • Hi everybody. Had a busy weekend and lots of naughty non diet food. Needless to say I only lost 0.8lb!! Serves me right.

    Anyway fresh start this week. Hope everybody is ok and doin beta than me!

    Well 10 days in and still doing well!
    I am really glad I started using the FitnessPal App. I think its great.
    I have even inspired my Son to give it a go!

    I am looking forward to weigh - in day on Friday.

    fingersxed well done - to eat lots of 'naughty food' and still lose, thats my kind of diet, im not doing too good, massive stall - oh well i live in hope.

    Gd Luck everybody. I ave been using Endomonda. Its an exercise app to get on ur phone. It uses GPS signal so when u get home you can log on ur computer n c ur route. It keeps all your workouts. Its really help keep me motivated. U can log distance,calories, pace etc.

    My day off. Walked dog 5 miles. came home ad lunch and was going to risk another bike ride but now its raining! will do some housework instead!!!!

    Not doing to bad food wise this week hopefully although its only the start of my week. The wekends are my biggest down falls
  • Hi I know we're already halfway through the month but can I join in. I am desperate to lose weight and become healthier. My starting weight is 10stone 7lbs.
  • Well its been another busy weekend. Did a boot camp style fitness class on Saturday morning. Then out in afternoon.

    Today i was hopin to go on a locally organised walk with hubby but he was achin to much from boot camp trainin yesterday!! Anyway done a 5.5 mile walk with me little dog.
