Morning all, just done my WI and I lost 0.5lb since last week. This at some point I may have written something wrong or not rounded up/down properly as my losses don't match the difference between August sw and my September sw today! But what the heck I have lost weight, if not the 7lb I hoped for...but I had a birthday in that period so was always a challenge lol
Anyway...my September sw is 150.5lbs if you would oblige please Dragon, thank you muchly and here's hoping for a better effort from me this month0 -
Another one wanting to join please. Going on holiday in 12 weeks and want to lose 14 pounds before we go...
Problem area...muffin top (blame it on my age)
eat wheat free (makes me feel ill)
biggest problem is I work away from home during the week to am eating out breakfast, lunch and dinner. Work long hours so often eat very late too (think I am doomed!)
At my heaviest I was 182lbs, lightest 142lbs and currently 161lbs...target by end Nov 147lbs
Lets hope we all get off to a good start0 -

Urrgh have put 1lb ON
Not been sticking to things over the weekend, whereas i'm usually fine during the week. Plus my depo injection has finished and i think i'm going to come on as i feel quite bloated so have been craving sweet stuff.
Must try harder!
Todays meal plan:
Breakfast - Tea, orange juice, half a slice of toast (just can't eat much in the mornings)
Dinner - hm tomato and lentil soup, oatcakes and low fat cottage cheese
Snack - fruit and yoghurt
Tea - Vegetable stir-fry
Treat - Hm smoothie lolly
Water and fruit tea throughout the day
How is everyone else doing?

I would like to join please.
I weighed myself last week and am 75kgs,so have a BMI of 25.I would love to be 69kgs but don't want to aim too high.I think it's a fairly realistic goal.I hope that no-one minds me using kilos instead of stones as measurement.
I am not able to 'diet' for various reasons,so am trying to concentrate on portion control and healthy eating. My weaknesses are chocolate and HM cake.:o
I usually weigh myself once a week on a Tuesday.
I'm fed-up of feeling heavy,so hopefully this is a step in the right direction!0 -
