So knowing your son and you had issues with confrontation (anxiety/panic etc.) you still went and made a spectical of yourself by agressivly confronting the staff. Then you want compensation! The mind boggles.

It is a lot easier to play devil's advocate online than it is in real-life.

I wouldn't say that would be a particularly sensitive or helpful way of looking at things (regardless of your point-of-view).

OP, you made things much worse than they should have been by going after the Security guard. You had paid for the pie, the guard accepted your explanation and put your litter in the bin, then you got worked up into such a state that the manager had to refuse to speak to you before you calmed down.

Why would you want to take it any further, surely it's better to forget it and move on ?

It dosent make sence that a security guard would accuse someone of theft and just walk off.

This obsession a few people have with malchish is spoiling the forum for the rest of us.
MSE provides a option to ignore people and if he winds you up so much then use it.
I know somebody will come back with the line,, I wont ignore him because I want to protect others from his false information... That's just a load of nonsense.
