Just back from Tesco and having a well earned coffee, before starting the dinner. Liver and bacon with mash, onions, cabbage and gravy...haven't had it in an age. Nice and cheap too, it was only £1 for a pack of Lambs liver that will feed three of us quite happily.
I also managed to get four jars of Roberstons mincemeat @ 20p a jar and it is dated to July 2015.Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Hi x
DD didn't go to Reading but DS2 did and had a fab time:T:T:T
He has now got festival flu though so is a bit grumpy atm. Thankyou for asking xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

We are also going to watch the opening of the Para Olympics too.
But I'm not happy about it being on channel 4. Iv got no problem with any channel showing it. But I think it should have the same main TV showing as the normal games. The para Olympics is a big deal for the people taking part. And I also think its a big deal for the British people. You only have to look at the 2million tickets that have been sold for people to watch advents live.
While I'm not a big sports fan full stop with things like this I always try to watch some of it in support of our own country.
Para or not I fully expect them to do just as good if not better than the Olympic team GB.
I do have to say that we have had in the past one of the best para teams in the world. Well we should have! If it was not for Us then there would not even be a para Olympics, We are one of the few country's In the world that take this sort of sport seriously! We should be proud of that!
And proud of our para team GB.
Go Team GB:j:j:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j0 -

Bonkers weather here today! pouring rain, then sunshine, gales and thunder, followed by more rain, then sunshine and more rain - summer eh?! :rotfl:
Very busy day, 9 new recruits all signed up, only 1 didn't turn up. SHould have 5 more tomorrow.
