This is amazing news! Well done.
Must be so exciting to think that you will have such a big change in your life!0 -
Plan B is back on again......I called GTTR and Uni 2 yesterday and it turns out Uni 2 rejected me purely on the basis of what I wrote in the first sentence of my personal statement, which was very much geared towards Uni 1's specialist course. So...i've amended the personal statement and sent it back to them with a covering plea to reconsider me. Fingers and toes crossed!!0

Aww thanks everyone for your lovely comments
Keeping my fingers crossed for you Kitty - yikes that's scary about them rejecting you on your first sentence! Good job you rang them to check
I'm back in the land of the internet after a wonderful long weekend with the bloggers - amazing house, lovely company and fab food - who says internet people are all weirdos?
I went into the school this morning for what was my first taste of secondary teaching, I had a year 9 class and a year 7 one. It was fantastic! If I thought I liked Primary well then this was so much better, really really enjoyed explaining languagey things to the kids and am so excited to get started now! The lady who interviewed me has given me some textbooks and login details for the school portal thing so I can do some of the exercises on there, which will be good revision! Eeep, I'm a happy girl at the moment

Glad to hear you had a lovely time with the blogger girls! Will catch up with your blog tonight!

So glad you enjoyed the school experience too! It's lovely to hear you sounding so positive and excited about it all. :TOvercome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
I was feeling lovely and positive this morning and ready to take on life (ahem, cheesy I know), and I've been back in work three hours and already feel homicidal again. I just can't do right for doing wrong at the moment and am being hassled about every little thing and I'm sick of it

I've just had my manager (the nice one, not the annoying skivy one) on the phone saying about passing work on to part time colleague to do and I wanted to shout "I've tried but she's always off on the bliddy sick and I end up doing it myself anyway!" I'm surrounded by incompetent idiotic demanding people but because of the job I do, somehow it's always me who looks like the idiot
Sorry for the self indulgent rant, I'll do a proper update later

Hope work is a little better today? You don't have to put up with it for much longer... enjoy the fact that your days there are numbered!

That sucks about work though
This might sound like a stupid question, but could you talk to your boss about your colleague not pulling her weight by being off all the time? Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21
