There is no even remote chance you could fall asleep, it's a workout really just with a bit more balance work involved. You don't stay still for a second!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I know Cinny, in my last job if I bought a can of Coke, my boss would announce "Lara's got FAT Coke for lunch" and I'd be like :rolleyes smiley:". Give them a big WHATEVER. I find sometimes all this bragging about stuff is just a cover anyway. I mean who actually wants mackerel instead of a cake???:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0

Why are people so obsessed with what everyone else eats and drinks?! If I have a biscuit my manager will give me the stink-eye. What's the problem, I'm not making her eat the biscuit!
Once I'd brought my lunch from home as it was a badminton day but we were running low on provisions and all we'd had was OH's Seabrook crisps so I brought a packet in. She made me feel so guilty about the calories and salt and fat etc in them that I didn't eat them!
It's quite mortifying to read Dinah's goals since we're the same height and my ideal weight is pretty much whatever I can get to (and stick to) under 10st!I'm so freaking fat right now it's awful, going to drag out the exercise bike tonight and force myself to do at least 30 minutes on it.
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

My goal is 9lb heavier than Dinah and I'm only 5ft 3!
I'm sure you're not fat Birdie and if you're happy that's what's important. I'm only trying to lose weight as I know that walking 18 miles a day in 30 degree heat for 6 weeks is going to kill me if I don't. Otherwise I would be saying bring on the fish and chips!Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
Birdie you are NOT FAT
But that said, you could say the same about me and I want to lose a stone because I'm not comfortable so I'm not going to give you that particular lecture
Your manager sounds like someone who is denying herself anything nice and doesn't want anyone else to have anything nice either!!
Got an email to say my new Jillian DVDs have been dispatched - yikes! My goal is around 10 1/2 stone, I'm 5'11".Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
I am 5ft 4" and am 9stone 2lbs. My ideal weight is 8 stone 7lbs. After both children I went down to 8stone 4lbs but everyone said I looked unwell and was too skinny.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

I know a few women who've lost a lot of weight after having babies and ended up skinner than they were to start with CMD, I hope I'm one of those - but I'll be middle aged by the time I have kids so not likely!

Yeah it was weird I was 9 stone 7lbs before having Max and it was like pregnancy sped up my metabolism. I stayed at about 8stone 4 until about 6 months ago. I need to get out walking in the evenings!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
