I've been letting shred slide this weekend too (as you can imagine) but will start again tonight. No point being stressed AND fat
Have just had a very unimaginative low-carb lunch of cucumber and cheese....must try harder to think of exciting lunches. Horseradish burgers tonight with avocado and stilton on top so looking forward to that
Feel for you Tete - those soups are tiny! :eek:Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
Sorry Shrimpy that did make me smile! I'm sure it would do the same to me as I have put on about the same amount!

I hadn't been on the Wii fit thing for ages and I have gained 1 stone 2 lbs in that time. In fact, when I stepped on the board the little icon thingy popped up and congratulated me as it thought I was holding a baby
I once made the mistake of going on there after letting DD (5) play on it. Turns out it had recalculated my weight thinking DD was me. Next time I stepped on there I put on about 8stone :eek:Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
Argh Beccie - I read that as Horse Burgers at first - see how stuff creeps into your subconscious?! Your cucumber and cheese sounds delicious though I must say (must be hungry after my soup, although in fairness it was tastier and more filling than a normal cupasoup).
Edit - Star, I bet it gave DD some big congrats on losing that amount though!!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Hadn't thought of that - the word horse probably shouldn't be in the same sentence as burger at the moment really!
You mix horseradish and onion in with the mince when you make the burgers - is lovelyDebt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
Ooh I don't know if my delicate palette could cope with them, they sound hot! Are you able to make the burgers stick together? I have a fab recipe for burgers with baked beans, onion and cheese in but they always fall apart and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrongWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Ooo, they sound lovely. We use egg and that works well. Think you can use breadcrumbs in the mince mix and coat in flour too if you're not low-carbing?Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0

Ooh thanks - a full egg or just the yolk/white? Beaten? Tempted to make some at the weekend now!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

A whole egg, beaten. Also, this will sound gross, but make sure the mince is really mushed together when you shape it into the burgers. That also helps it hold togetherDebt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0
