Great news on the refund and glad the Open Day was useful for you. I have a steadily growing eBay pile too, most of it is a 99p start so I don't even have the excuse of waiting for a free listing weekend - I'm just putting it off!

Hope you enjoyed your pancakes as much as I did :D

  • Oh of course - under £1 is free anyway isn't it?! That's it then, no excuses now!

Loved my pancakes - feel like I have some kind of hangover today! Back on Harcombe Ph1 for a few days to make up for the weekend and pancake day :(

I only managed 2 days of Harcombe, I felt really queasy on Friday and had so much decorating to do over the weekend, I decided to eat what I fancied and maybe try again when the house is fixed. I don't think it was the diet per se that made me feel funny though.

Sorry for taking away your eBay excuse! I want to get mine done this month but again, once the bulk of the decorating is done, which hopefully will be this weekend.

  • It made me feel pretty rotten a couple of times Shrimpy, I feel a bit blech now to be honest, might allow myself one cup of coffee in the morning just to avoid this headache.

Not sure if it's the diet or the weather or the stress of application/work stuff or what but I'm in such a flunk this week, I can't bring myself to do anything work wise, application wise, or even knitting wise - all I want to do when I get home is go to bed. Need to give my head a good shake :o

I'm the same Tete - can't be bothered to do anything, work or crafty, just keep slumping on the sofa in the evening when I know I should be getting things done :( Don't think I've been on time for work one day this year! :o (Lucky I'm on flexi)

I actually procrastinated today by googling how to stop procrastinating :o:o:o

  • Augh I'm the same. I sit here all day sighing, and refresh-refresh-refreshing MSE, Blogger, Facebook etc for anything new, could have got so much done but my brain feels foggy :( Off for a run in the snow now, that should sort me out (or kill me)!

How was the run? I haven't run for over a week now, from twisting my ankle that time I've got a weird squishy bit sticking out and it still hurts :( I have still been the same route and walked it though so as not to get out the habit.

And....I was on time this morning! I aim to get here between 7 and 7:15 and today I made it for 7:15 on the dot :j Haven't managed before 7:30 all this year :o I just thought after I said that on here yesterday how ridiculous it was :o Maybe we can kick each other out of our respective fogs???

Sorry you didn't get in Kitty. :( The peple picking choosing the applicants must be stupid to refuse you girls!

Well done for getting to work on time Beccie! I've been really struggling to get to work on time myself. :o Someone asked me a little while ago why I don't wear make-up at work and I had to admit that I don't have time for it as I'd rather grab 5 extra minutes in bed, they're lucky I do my hair! :o

This pretty much sums up my days too! It must be the time of year... I have several unappealing work tasks which I'm eyeing up as I type! Must put the kettle on and get stuck in.

Really sorry to hear about your application Kitty, I'm so frustrated on both your behalfs!
