That is going to be a close call, based on the people that have shown the rrp's on their lists.

Quite a few people have only paid about 10% of the rrp.
Perhaps easier for everyone to post their own best buy.

Really enjoyed this thread and the challenge of finding bigger and better bargains. Makes you much more aware of the normal prices and the opportunity for beating them.:T

Todays bargain from sainsbobs, Scottish beef boneless rib joint from £21.69 down to £5.29 :j So instead of baked spuds I did a full roast with yorkshire pud for tea. Wasn't expecting a bargain either as I had to go in early.

Not sure, but coop used to be the best for reducing when I was out and about of an evening.
At my local store (Nr Lichfield) the offers (bogof, Buy 2 get X amount off) all still worked on reduced items.
So if they had Prem sausage £1.99, Bogof, when they were reduced to 49p, you would buy 2 packs for 98p and get £1.99 off.
Used to do many a shop around 9pm and get the lot for nowt.
Not sure if it still works there though.

Aberdeen Angus mince reduced from £3.79 a pack to 99p then 79p off if you bought two! I bought ten
