The small co-op beside my house is great. I got 2 silverside roast beef joints (2.5kg each) for £3.00!

Whole chicken 97p
That's the freezer jam packed and lots of great meals to come :j

Just been t get paper in my lcal spar,got 4 x 250 grms bacon fr 5op ea.
Never thought to look in chiller before to see if any reduced.

went to morrisons yesterday no decent food reductions but non food i got the following

x2 palmolive shower gel - £0.50 - had 50p coupons from a palmolive road show tha was in town so free goods :-)

50x paper cupcake holders 20p )
2x cupcake bokes 50p ) both jubilee ones

50 citronella tealights in a metal bucket £0.50 - should have been £2.99

was quite chuffed with my bargains

It's interesting that some of the more remote places still offer great bargains and not just the larger towns and cities.

Tesco by me is open until 6pm today, Sainsburys until 7pm. Might be worth checking on the store locator on their websites in case yours is different though.

just been to tesco and got 3 fresh chickens reduced to £1.20 each
but i put them through till another £2 multi save discount came off (apparently full price ones are £4 each or 3 for £10)
so 3 chickens for £1.60p

got a reduced cooked chicken last night. saw she was still reducing further so asked if she would reduce the one i had just picked up. she told me 'thats not how it works' so i put it back, and stood there until she reduced it further and then took it again!

Well emptied my freezer a bit today with a family barbecue ready for the challenge! Anyone else broken all their freezer drawers by trying to cram all the yelllow stickered items in? Must look for some new drawers! No yellow stickers for me today as had to go to tesco at expensive time at 11.30 for last minute things for barbecue.
