Sorry leadhead but OH is not happy about being proved wrong and refuses to give an apology, so I'll just say "sorry for doubting you" for him!
Yes, he's just a typical male, but then I guess you'd know, he he he ;)

Edit: Thinking about it though with all your shopping maybe you're not the typical male?!?

Thats ok manda, stuff (via pts of course) still on its way....

Ive learnt that really, you dont get much out of life, unless you put it in...

My OH has a bit of a similar attitude to yours, "hates this couponing thing....(at times),

Has too many clothes, too many toiletries, enough Moet, too much meat in the freezers, too much refund money, wine coming down the loft ladder....

I plan to live a good few years yet, and this could finish tomorrow, and i feel that if by me not going out(which i enjoy), that one day i might need what i lost today...........No one knows anyone elses circumstances, so cant judge, I dont think I am doing anyone else any harm, or harming anyone elses chances(as RandR in excess did)

I dont think I'm greedy, I'm certainly a bit obsessed with it.............but theres so many emotions involved in it, its become a bit of a way of life, and theres some lovely countryside, picnic spots, towns, etc between each store.

I was quite relieved when RandR finished, maybe i might feel the same about this.......

Blooming Heck....where did all that come from!!!
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

The planning of the "run" with details of willing SA's has certainly made things a lot easier.........although, "further instructions give to them" may still scupper my plans.....

but it hasnt finished, theres still £4.50 off £5 handb, and £4 off £4 HC...after bogofs..........thats 50p for £18 worth...

not forgetting £58+ off £60 clothes.....

Leadhead, funny you should say that about the couponing not ending, Mr Welshy was asking when my vouchers ran out and I said well not yet because on a £10 spend

I could use a £2 off £8 and 2 x £1.25 quits buy items on bogof and get a tenner's worth for 50p - or even for nothing if I throw in a 50p wholefood voucher and I didn't even mention the healthcare or clothing.

The Poor bloke he thought it was game over for me ;)

Fanatastic weekend couponing - initialially heart start pounding cos on each of my runs no SA's that i recognized so had to run the gauntlet 7 choose new ones with my heart in my mouth - yesterday my favourite Sa went on his break just as i had loaded up all my shopping !!!

Anyway lady that took over was lovely and kept trying all the coupons even after they had beeped - got two lots of £40 H & B & Johnsons shops down to less than a pound each !! then she got flustered and scanned a few of my 50 pointers several times and handed me back more than she should.

Today had to try a new SA young lad & he scanned everything I gave him and then waited while i got more out of my purse again two good shops right down to pennies.

also today & yesterday there was a spam roadshow so managed to obtain rather a lot of MOC (along with a spam sandwich)

and finally have clocked up 4000 CC in 2 days !!

all in all a good finish to the current H & B :D
The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow, For children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.

Bigmama could i ask what do staff meetings usually consist of would voucher use be mentioned?I just wondered what they are doing every monday when i go in lol

Staff meetings in store are for managers only, I think they're just so each department is up to scratch. We get told about vouchers/coupons via a weekly 'newsletter' that we have to sign to say we've read it. Evey couple of months there seems to be a reminder on there about only take 10% of the bill

hi big mama:beer: quick ? when you use your coupons do you goto the one u work at or use diferent one?

I usually go to the one I work in as I know who will take coupons and who might get 'funny'. Sometimes I use another Tesco, when I take mother in law shopping but they are not so good at taking them.
