My cousin had her flowers preserved from her wedding but i never thought about what to do with my flowers afterwards until quite close to the day. It would have beena shame to just let them die and get rid

And congrats on the baby news, Becks.

It's a windy day today but I finally ordered my iPhone 5, gonna pick it up tomorrow, can't wait. I sold my Annual Merlin Pass to fund it and DH made up the difference as an early Eid present. I'm so happy!

It was a wrench selling the tickets, but seeing as I don't drive the expense getting to and from all those attractions would have ended up costing us a fortune.

DS finally got into a school, can't believe how oversubscribed the schools are around here. The school he was at before, we could walk to it and now it involves a drive which means DH is on school run duty now. Bless him, he's been very good about it even though he doesn't finish work til about 2am so it means he has a little bit sleep, I get DS ready and breakfasted and DH wakes up, drops him off, comes back and then goes to sleep again. He's still asleep right now!!!

What a plonker, I was on here just after FireFie's picture, about that time, anyway, put two nice pics on, replied to almost everyone on here, including wishing Fizzyhelen a happy birthday, made a real effort, and my post is nowhere to be seen. Think I must have gone to preview, as I do to make sure my pics are there, and obviously forgot to complete the post. So sorry everyone, I must have been having a senior moment. Especially as I took DH to Doctors for appointment only to find I had made it for tomorrow. Not a good day that's for sure.

Hope you enjoy your iPhone 5 lilrahi. We enjoyed our Merlin Pass but we really didn't get full use out of it as the main places are around London. Did go to Alton Towers and all the Blackpool attractions and some Sea-Life Centres. It did annoy me having to pay for parking at Alton Towers too. Really glad there aren't any problems with schools in most of Scotland. Even the rich just seem to use the local schools although some do send their kids to boarding school.

i've done that a few times :rotfl::eek:
spent ages once scrolling through & thinking well where's the post i've put on :mad::rotfl::o
daftest thing i did once was i'd had 3/4 boards open & was replying to a post & posted it on one of the other threads by mistake didn't realise for quite a while until someone replied on the thread asking/letting me know i'd done it :eek::o reading it back so out of place on a serious thread gosh, was so embarrasing :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

My DD got an iPhone 5 lilrahi, it's brilliant. You can dictate texts, how cool is that? I normally would have had her 'old' one, an iPhone 4, but since she dropped it in her coffee the buttons aren't too clever, so I'll stick with the 3 for now. DH has taken on the 4 and says he'll get it fixed.
