    Oooh, good question hollydays...
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

    1) to vivatifosi:
we checked on trading standards as we speak. they can help sorting the problems avoiding going to the court and seeing that as a last resort. Once you've gone there is nothing more they can do.
    2) to hollydays:
We won the court case. We did signed a guaranteed contract.

    Thank you.
Well, 1st of all, making the consumers aware of these fraudsters is our the 1st aim.
2nd, recover the loss. As you can see the bailiffs went to their doors but apparently there's nothing. Not even an office, nothing. Empty space. In the case of a limited company there's always enough info on-line or on the companies house website; in this case as CIS leads is a NL (non - limited) company I find it very difficult to find more data about them. As a non limited company I believe that even if the company doesn't exist, the director is still responsible for any existing court orders or debts.
At least their real address where we can send the bailiffs once again.
    Thank you.

If you put the litton house address into Royal mail postcode/address finder, there are only 7 addresses listed at Litton house, contact them directly (serviced offices)..

    ADS contracts Limited ??
    Wrvs
    Darath Properties Ltd ?
    National Matrix Ltd ??
    P A S S (uk) ltd (Asbestos services) website ?
Rob Childs consulting ltd (from yell.com,book keeping services)
Volsector Limited (charity trainers, several employees and website)

    See also www.littonhouse.co.uk serviced offices
I might be pushing them on the i/d they took from this company when they rented them space..You might want to mention the Police as a last resort.Even better get someone else to ring up first and see what i/d they require.
I am guessing they may not be there now.

    Hope this helps.

Interesting post. I am impressed. You really help us a lot!

    Did you see this?

So once again it proves how dodgy they are. It is just a virtual office actually....the question is how do they get the mail from there thou'?

edited: Have read through the above site. It looks like they keep the mail on site or they fwd-it on a regular basis. Also, the phone calls are or can be redirected. It remains a matter of finding where is the mail redirected or the calls.
If the incoming calls are redirected I don't think that the outgoing ones are redirected too. And that might lead us to them. How can we find an address based on a telephone number?

They may have no association with any of he companies listed,I should, add.

I think lots of companies use these facilities,it doesn't necessarily make them dodgy.

Maybe they operate a mail forwarding service?(edit-oh yes wthats what the link says)
There was a post on here once about another rip off,and the company was renting serviced offices by the hour to present a sales scam, on their website they had their cardboad sign outside their office. You would think it was a real office.THe phrase virtual office is a con mans dream isn't it.I have seen this before, never quite sure what it means.

I still think they must in theory have to ask for traceable i/d.

No, don't thinks there's any connection with the other businesses hosted there. As I have said on my 1st post of this thread, there are so many other companies registered at that address. Accountants, etc.
The question now is: How can we find an address based on a given telephone number?

Edit: what is a traceable i/d?
