Daggz, how long was it from you applying to receiving your pin? I applied last Thursday and still not heard anything.
Also what limit did you get? This thread has me so pumped, I headbutted my dog and we both screamed.0 -
I applied for one of these cards on Sunday, haven't received or heard anything back yet, I've held a Cap one Classic for 10 months & a Cap one Progress for 4 months.0

I've just contacted them and I too have had my application cancelled as I already have a credit card with capital one...
Bit miffed as there's people on here that have a capital one card and have been accepted by luma?? I did ask them but the person I spoke to said they didn't know. This thread has me so pumped, I headbutted my dog and we both screamed.0 -
I applied on the 14th and yay! I have been accepted! I am so happy :-)
Only £200 limit but I feel it's a step in the right direction :-)
Have to sign the terms and conditions, send it back and it says my pin and card will be sent.3 Children - 2004 :heart2: 2014 :heart2: 2017 :heart2:

Hi guys. i applied for one of these in early august and got on line approval. Pin arrived about 4/5 days later and card about 10 days after initial application. Was amazed at credit limit of £1,500 as had previously defaulted heavily on a capital one card but that was over 6 years ago now. Found customer services to be very helpful and the on line account access is easy and user friendly. Really pleased so far and am still sub prime at the moment so good find from my point of view.0

Out of interest, is the card contactless like Capital one's?0

Applied said 7 days to preform extra checks. Don't hold much hope.
Me too.
I don't have any CCJ's or anything but defaulted on my Tesco Credit Card & a couple of catalogues back in 2007 when I had to quit my job due to illness.
I've since paid off the catalogues & brought my Credit Card down from nearly £6k to just over £2K.
Will they decline me as I still owe Tesco's £2K or see it as a good thing that i've been paying it off regularly now for 5 years.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.
